Quality Assurance Analyst


CNA National is seeking candidates for a Quality Assurance Analyst. Duties will include:


Assisting IS department in creating and implementing quality assurance test plans for most major IS and development projects
Working with Analyst/ Developers to evaluate end user needs, creating and reviewing test plans and documentation
Assisting the IS department in maintaining policies and procedures to comply with Sarbanes-Oxley and company testing and documentation requirements


Successful candidates will have the following qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or related field
2-4 years of recent experience in quality assurance or IT audit experience
Must have the ability to interpret new regulations and communicate to management
Able to function with limited supervision
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer skills
