Proposal Writer - Clinical

Purpose: Our client in Ellicott City is looking for Proposal Writers.

Minimum bachelor's degree in a medical/life sciences field required. Additional educational background (i.e. minor) in business/business administration, experience in a CRO, and supervisory skills are a plus but not requirement.
Candidates must have excellent oral/written communication skills, and the ability to work in an extremely fast paced, high-pressure environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel are necessary.
MUST have min one year proposal writing experience.

Technical Environment:
Duties: The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and coordination of new proposals.
Duties will include preparation of proposal and budget submissions for CRO and drug development services.
Responsibilities also include interacting with other functional departments and providing support to facilitate presentation of project proposals to clients.
The candidate will develop and maintain Scopes of Work and Budgets, utilize existing tracking tools, and ensure that management and the Business Development Reps are apprised of status of proposal preparation.Classification:Direct PlacementCompensation:
