Proposal Manager/Writer w/ O&M Background

We have openings for qualified Facility O&M, Base Operations, and related function proposal writers to join our growing Business Development Department. We are expanding to tackle new business opportunities. These positions are located in Columbia, MD. These positions will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing proposals for Facilities O&M service contracts.
REQUIREMENTS
Successful candidates will have bachelors degree and at least 3+ years experience writing proposals. Excellent writing skills and demonstrated knowledge of Federal O&M and Base Support solicitations is required. Experience writing O&M proposals for Department of Defense contracts is a plus. Preferred prior experience in developing staffing requirements and addressing technical requirements is preferred.
