Proposal Manager

ESS is currently looking for a Proposal Manager to support the Business Development team initiatives. In this role, you will proofread and edit proposal text written for proper grammar, spelling, comprehension and style. Schedule and track work assignments, and follow through to ensure the team remains on schedule. You will coordinate the copying and assembling of the final packages, and may assist in the binding and packaging of proposed materials. On occasion, you may be required to deliver proposals as needed to meet the submission deadline.

REQUIREMENTS
To qualify for this position you must have a BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 2 – 4 years of proposal coordination experience. Must possess experience with a variety of software applications including, but not limited to, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Adobe Acrobat, PageMaker and Photoshop. Excellent communication, writing and editing skills are required. Familiarity with ISO is desired. Some travel may be required
