Project Analyst

POSITION PURPOSEResponsible for project management operations, administration and management for projects from inception through completion.
II. ACCOUNTABILITIESMay be responsible for one or more of the following:-Create, maintain and issue quarterly performance reports.-Audit, solicit and provide reporting on Project Management key performance indicators.-Create and maintain project policies and directives in the project operations manual.-Function as systems administrators of internet-based project tracking system, project websites and job cost accounting system.-Respond to internal and external customer inquiries concerning performance reports and project tracking system data.-Assist project management executives in the implementation of and monitoring the adherence to project administrative practices and policies.-Provide internal and external customer training on PM application.-Assist project team in project close-out procedures.-Serve as project team liaison to I/T Coordinator on tracking desktop hardware and software issues.-Train new administrative assistants and temporary employees on project policies and administration.-Prepare routine and special client reports as required.
REQUIREMENTS

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS-Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, business or equivalent to appropriate 4-year college program.-2+ years project-administrative, database management and/or performance reporting experience.-Or Any similar combination of education and experience-Must be detail-oriented, analytical and computer literate-Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service-Excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability-Strong verbal/written communication skills
