Job Description:
Design and execute in-house commercial production and company promos for six station radio group.Assign and direct on-air and support staff in production and writing (where applicable) of commercials for clients.Provide creative support to the Sales Department and clients. Edit material to ensure conformance with company policy, COOP requirements and FCC regulations.Produce and voice commercials.Expedite radio commercials and rotation of commercials according to the specifications requested by the client.Track and correct daily commercial discrepancy reports.
Technologies Utilized: Cool Edit; Maestro; Word; Power Point; Excel; Microsoft Outlook. Reel 2 Reel, Cassette, CD, Operator Console (Board).
REQUIREMENTS
Required Education/Experience:Excellent writing and editing skills mandatory, managerial experience preferred.Ability to work under tight daily deadlines and to troubleshoot effectively, immediately.Familiarity with broadcasting/advertising/media environment desirable.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move in excess of 20 pounds.
