Lead feature requirements gathering and scoping, write use cases and functional specifications. Collaborate extensively with web developers, software engineers, test engineers, and documentation on varied types of projects from point releases to full releases to product vision demos. Engage with customers regarding product enhancement process, document and manage customer requirements and expectations. Major contributor to the software rollout process through developing and delivering training to the field personnel. Work closely with marketing to impart product knowledge for development of outbound product management materials. Assist with product testing as necessary. Follow process and suggest process improvements.Required Qualifications:5+ years experience at enterprise software companies in product management. Strong knowledge of the IT Service Management space or IT domain expertise. Proven track record in defining, managing and bringing to market enterprise class web-based applications. Complete understanding of all phases of product development. Proven business analytical skills. Experience in writing feature specifications including use case development. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and analytical skills. Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
Desired Qualities:Knowledge of service management, resource management, financial management, demand management, service management or reporting tools.Education, Experience and Certifications:
