Product Development Manager - Internet Marketing

As we continue to grow, so do our staffing needs. World Avenue is seeking business development managers to identify, evaluate, develop, launch and manage new strategic business opportunities and initiatives including partnerships, alliances and joint ventures that leverage World Avenue’s interactive marketing expertise.
Business Development Managers will research and assess attractive industry sectors, specific businesses and other opportunities. They will review relevant information and speak with industry insiders in an effort to develop business plans and spearhead new ventures.
We seek energetic, creative, well-rounded, outgoing, self-motivated and entrepreneurial individuals. They need to have the ability to learn quickly, possess strong quantitative and analytical skills, computer proficiency, excellent written and verbal communication skills and a desire to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
Compensation is competitive, includes base pay and a quarterly incentive plan. World Avenue offers a generous comprehensive benefits package which begins on the first day of employment.

REQUIREMENTS
Successful candidates must possess a strong record of academic achievement at the undergraduate (or MBA) level from a leading college or university, and four or more years of financial, internet marketing, business development or product management experience.
