Product Development Manager-

This position is prolific in product development and will provide vision and strategy for new product development for individual key and secondary accounts. This will include overseeing timelines to make sure multiple deadlines are met and review and confirm accuracy of product specs during development stage and into manufacturing. You must have costing skills experience and be able to judge market price for various products. Travel to China is necessary to meet buyers and foreign manufacturers. They do produce 35% of their products in the USA.
REQUIREMENTS
5 to 10 years of marketing and new product development experience with consumer goods (outdoor fashion categories. seasonal, toys, home decor, housewares, textiles or other trend products) plus experience and knowledge of the manufacturing process to successfully manufacture products in China A sense of fashion color and trend product development are desired for both positions. Assessing product costs of manufacturing and understanding of budgets and development analysis is also desired. Relocation is completely paid for. Both positions also would like experience in Microsoft Office Suites as well as working knowledge of Stage Gate Development used for tracking product through stages.

This is base salary plus a significant and lucrative bonus package.
