Product Availability Manager

We currently have an immediate opening for an experienced Product Availability Manager at our Collierville, Tennessee location.



The successful candidate must be able to multi-task and will be responsible for all warehousing and transportation activities to include loading and receiving areas as well and inventory control for all items produced, purchased and raw materials and coordinating the transportation of finished products. Additional responsibilities include leading and developing employees, ensuring safe, efficient and effective operations. Ensure compliance with policy, procedures and governmental regulations. Schedule personnel to ensure proper staffing and cost efficiency, investigate general employee inquiries and resolve issues. Confer with facility and department heads to ensure coordination of activities of other functions such as production, sales and purchasing. Previous P&L experience necessary. Other responsibilities as required. REQUIREMENTS
For successful performance in this position, the incumbent is required to possess a High School Diploma; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred. The incumbent will also be required to have superb leadership skills with 5-7 years of supervisory experience in a warehousing and distribution environment as well as familiarity with transportation logistics. Previous inventory and beverage industry experience is a plus. We are in search of a team-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills. Incumbent must be detail-oriented, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
