Principal Consultant

Primary Areas of Focus:

• Business Development
• Practice Planning and Development
• Consulting Leadership
• Project Management
• People Development

All Principals have billable utilization and revenue generation objectives. Billable utilization is typically set at 50% and revenue generation at $1.5 Million on an annual basis (not a sales quota).
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:

• Deep content expertise in one or more of the following areas: HR strategy, organization design, leadership development, career development, compensation, benefits, performance management, HR structure, HR processes, HRIS, etc.
• 15 or more years of consulting experience; experience in internal roles in human resources or general management a plus
• Significant experience in recruiting, developing, and managing consulting teams and consulting projects
• A “Book of Business” potential consisting of some combination of:

o Transferable accounts and revenue
o A set of tangible and ‘actionable’ (not impeded by non-compete or other contractual arrangements) business relationships
o Demonstrable ability to frame and systematically pursue a focused business opportunity identification and account planning methodology
• Ability to travel
