Maintain responsibility for a wide range of administrative support to the Closing Team Leader to ensure efficient and timely execution of funded deals. Responsibilities are as follows:Review all closed files for accuracy and completion; assemble files to be shipped (working and master files); notify various title companies and/or closing attorneys of any corrections of omissions; assure timelines are met by title companies and/or closing attorneys in shipping collateral documents to our document custodian and to our office; special projects as assigned by Closing Team Leader and/or Operations Manager
REQUIREMENTS
Must have basic knowledge of loan documents; proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word; must have strong organizational and accuracy skills with the ability to prioritize assignments; must have a high level of interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with all levels of employees and management as well as external clients and internal contacts at all levels of the organization; ability to work in a team environment
