Pay-Per-View Specialist/Coordinator

To add to our team of talented people, we are currently seeking a Pay-Per-View Specialist/Coordinator within our Pay-Per-View Department.



The responsibilities of this role include:



Manage marketing and promotion of Pay-Per-View sports and special event programming, Includes strategy development, execution, analysis and reporting of initiatives.



Specifically, duties include (but are not limited to):
Develops and implements marketing tactics and initiatives for DISH Network subscribers that will maximize revenue for event programming. Assists with overall strategy of PPV event marketing.

Writes marketing plans for promotions, detailing tactics and calculating projections.

Utilizes promotional tactics including print, on-air, online, direct mail, e-mail, interactive application, guide publications and other options to communicate promotional messages to subscribers.
Evaluates and analyzes promotion performance on an ongoing basis and refines strategies based on results.
Assists with special projects as required. Includes working with other departments within the company to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
Works closely with outside programming suppliers and vendors to find joint opportunities and new-customer acquisition opportunities specific to their products.

Responsible for communicating all applicable product and promotion details to the Customer Service Centers to ensure that agents are prepared to answer questions from subscribers.

Conducts, analyze and present market research to upper management.

Manages and negotiates co-op dollars from providers.

Reviews and edits TV spots supplied by providers and assists with production of customized TV spots.
Assists with copywriting for print and on-air promotions.

job Requirements


Minimum qualifications to be considered are:
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university.

Minimum two years experience in marketing and/or promotions required. Experience in executing marketing initiatives that include direct mail, website, and/or broadcast advertising.
Ability to speak effectively before groups.
Computer skills including Word, Excel and Power Point.

Financial analysis.

Must be able to work in fast-paced environment with constant change.

Team player who is innovative, goal-oriented and results-driven.
