Employment Type: Regular Full/Part Time: Full Time Division: Investment Advisors Location: FIFTH THIRD CENTER, CINCINNATI, OHGENERAL FUNCTION:
Administers a moderate portfolio of personal trust accounts and has sales and revenue goals. Works extensively with trust accounting system. Assumes responsibility for new and closed accounts. Has a comprehensive knowledge of fiduciary law and estate planning. Supports the Administrative Officer in every aspect of servicing his/her client base to insure greater client satisfaction, retention, and compliance with all policy and procedures governing fiduciary relationships.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administers a moderate sized portfolio of personal trust accounts.

Meets client prospect call goals and sales and revenue objectives.

Frequent interaction with other areas of Trust and the Bank.

Provides back-up support with client communication and problem solving.

Develops an extensive working knowledge of fiduciary law and estate planning.

Fosters positive attorney, professional and customer relationships.

Assist with preparation of marketing proposals and materials in support of new business and sales initiatives.

Develops and cultivates external centers of influence (i.e. attorney, CPA) and obtains referrals from existing client base. Insures smooth transition as client moves among service models.

Supports the development and delivery of more complex estate plans.

Recommends to senior officers acceptance or denial of discretionary payment requests.

Opens and closes accounts; processes additions to and distributions from accounts.

Provides necessary maintenance/interfaces for trust accounting system.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides limited guidance for support staff.
Job RequirementsMINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Proficient with Amtrust accounting system.

Comprehensive knowledge of Fiduciary Law and estate planning.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Moderate sales skills.

Effective customer relations.

Understanding of company policies, procedures, and operations.

High School Degree required.

Must have 3-5 years of related experience. E.O.E., M/F/D/V
