PROJECT MANAGER

HAMILTON FIXTURE, a respected manufacturer of store fixtures and retail displays with 47 years of success, is experiencing exciting growth! We are well known in the retail industry for the creative designs and high quality built into our products. Hamilton Fixture is one of the largest fixture manufacturers and we are looking for a Project Manager for our Ontario, California facility. Our international partnerships enable us to provide our customers with a full range of services and products including designing, building one-of-a-kind prototypes, and customizing entire store interiors. Job Description: · Protects HF from all forms of liability (ensure we comply with all regulatory matters pertaining to our business). · Be the primary Hamilton Fixture client contact for assigned accounts and/or projects. · Defines customer requirements/scope for product design, quality, quantity, cost and timing of shipment. · Acts as Team Leader for the Project Team; develops and communicates project time-lines and milestones. · Monitor project progress: identify and communicate. Engage internal resources and/or the customer, as appropriate, to resolve issues that will prevent meeting customer requirements. · Understands customer’s current and fore-casted demand and communicates information necessary to drive internal demand planning activities. · Manages key performance metrics. · Identifies, documents and resolves issues related to customer complaints. · Tracks and controls costs directly related to assigned projects. · Facilitates or leads project meetings and/or problem solving teams. · Manages client expectations to drive mutual success for customer and Hamilton Fixture. · Provides highest level of client satisfaction in the industry. · Drives initiatives to increase business from existing customers. · Travels (when necessary) to client offices and/or project job sites.
REQUIREMENTS
· Positive attitude, responsible, accepts constructive criticism, functions well in a team-oriented environment, provides strong leadership, able to motivate others, result and bottom line oriented. · Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously and provide problem-solving solutions. · Proven interpersonal, communication and diplomacy skills combined with a strong sense of urgency and organizational skills. · Bachelors Degree or equivalent in a technical or business field preferred or applicable employment history. · 2-5 years project management experience with demonstrated success in any of the following industries: Wood and Metal Store Fixtures Trade Show Exhibit Manufacturing Office Furniture or Commercial Casework Light commercial construction/architectural HAMILTON FIXTURE IS COMMITTED TO EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYMENT
