PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Southwest Human Development, a non-profit organization, provides high-quality services in early childhood development, child health and welfare, services for children with disabilities, training, and Head Start.

We are seeking a Program Development Manager for our Healthy Families program to assist with development of grants and proposals, plan and oversee data management, organize and implement public and community relationship activities, and develop data management programs to capture required information for billing, quality assurance, and outcome measurement.

The Program Development Manager supervises and evaluates the performance of designated staff, as well as coordinates and provides technical support for management team.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree required with emphasis in computer science, liberal arts, communications, or marketing preferred.

Three years supervisory experience preferred.

Strong writing, communication, and analytical skills required. Strong knowledge of ACCESS (including database/form/query/report design), Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel spreadsheets, and Adobe PageMaker.
