PCS - Client Service Associate - Trust

Primary responsibility is to coordinate the administration of Irrevocable Life Insurance Trusts for certain geographical areas. This includes the following:



Request premiums from clients, deposit checks received, send out letters, pay life insurance premiums.

Coordinate life insurance policies held in trust (e.g. review of each policy, work with insurance agents to place new policies, work with clients and wealth advisors to obtain information about the life insurance policies).
Process opening, ongoing, and closing trust transactions.
Maintain account activity database information.
Coordinate transactions with the client, relationship advisors, financial planners, insurance agents, and attorneys.



REQUIREMENTS


Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
2 - 3 years experience in trust administration, insurance, legal, accounting, or investment fields, with knowledge of personal estate planning, fiduciary responsibility, insurance arrangements preferred.
Knowledge of fiduciary responsibilities (e.g. avoiding risk and applying legal requirements dictated in trust documents).
Telephone or face to face customer service experience preferred.
Strong customer service skills and ability to process information.
Proficient at simultaneously working on multiple tasks and strong time management skills.
Strong transactional skills and demonstrated attention to detail.
PC proficient; knowledge of MS Office, Excel and Lotus Notes.
