We are currently looking for a outside sales person with our national concrete cutting and demolition company. Candidate should have the ability to multi-task while remaining detail oriented, be self motivated, have excellent communication skills, a problem solver and possess human relation skills.
Specific experience and skills include; a minimum of 3 years in the Construction Industry; Commercial construction is a preferred; ability to read plans and do quantity take offs.

Qualified Candidates will be responsible for:
-Quantity take offs
-Providing customers with quotes and hourly prices
-Specifications and scope of work
-Maintaining customer relations and developing new accounts
Necessary skills include:
-Excellent communication ability whether verbal, written or by phone
-Great driving record and ability to start jobs and manage them safely
-Understand and use Microsoft Excel and Word
-Ability to work independently, manage one's time and well organized
