Outside Sales Representative- NYC

Outside Sales/Account Manager
Overall responsibilites for generating new and maintaining accounts.

Primary territory is Manhattan, Bronx & Westchester County

We sell our Specialty Pharmacy Services (Hep C & Asthma) to Physicians, NPs, PA’s, and MA’s. Our current focuses are the drugs associated with two disease states, Hepatitis C and Asthma. (Service includes thorough benefits investigation to ensure patient is paying the lowest co-pay possible for these costly drugs, assistance to the office staff with prior auths for injectable medications, home delivery to patient, on-going clinical support for patient 24/7, etc)

Overall Duties:
1. Responsible for calling on all centers in territory
2. Making quarterly budgets
3. Travel outside territory depending on location
4. Making cold calls 5 days a week
5. Maintain existing accounts
REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS:
1.4 Year College Degree
2.Outside sales experience
3.At least 2 years outside sales with a proven track record for measurable results & exceeding plan (Brag books are welcome!)
4.Preferred Knowledge of Managed care operations/Pharmacutical (but not required)
5.Business Plan Development skills preferred
4. Computer skills in MS Office, particularly in Excel (the ability to create formulas and other intermediate skills)
5. Organizational Skills
6. Self Motivated
7. Outgoing, enthusiastic, friendly personality a must.
8. Proven producer of Results!!!!

Heavy within NJ, not much overnight travel if at all.
