Outside Sales Professionals

Our client is a key player in the global office computerization and networking boom. They are a leader internationally as well as nationally in digital office solutions. They are a subsidiary of a 17.1 billion dollar company that has 75,000 employees in over 150 countries. This is a company where you can move up quickly (promotions are given quickly to star performers, even in the first six months) and make over six figures if you have the work ethic and attitude!

Nationally, they are growing and expanding their sales force. They are seeking an aggressive outside sales professionals to establish new business in the Tuscaloosa area. They would prefer at least one year of some kind of sales experience but will definitely consider if you have a mature and winning attitude and be willing to cold call!

As business professional you will work an assigned territory to consistently identify new business opportunities through high activity cold calling and sales presentations. You will arrange to meet with decision-makers to analyze the customer's requirements by performing an analysis and doing a consultation. You will be expected to meet or exceed the projected dollar volumes in terms of sales and profitability, as well as meeting the sales activity requirements. It is a very fun team environment with great leadership and training. There is extremely good advancement potential as well. The job is base plus uncapped commission, plus very good benefits. This position will be working mostly out of your home office.
REQUIREMENTS
Prior experience in a competitive, outside B2B sales environment is preferred. They are looking for sales professionals who can function independently.

A working knowledge of the sales process and a focus on customer satisfaction (candidates who are responsive and empathetic to customer needs).
Self-starters with a good work ethic, self-discipline, persistence and good time-management skills.
Professional presentation and organizational skills, as well as excellent PC and problem solving abilities; you must be a very activity-focused individual.
The commission-focused sales professional with aspirations of uncapped earning potential typically is the most successful.
*You need to be able to work independently since you will be working mostly out of a home office environment.
