Client has led the water treatment industry in innovation and service and dramatically expanding and aggressively growing our business. We offer the broadest product line and delivering expert service to your home or office, and involved in every phase of your water treatment. Residential Sales Position. Sales Representatives are responsible to building and managing their territory by performing Water Analysis, Product Demonstrations and Cold Calls using creative methods of Sales, Marketing and Appointment Setting. Defined territory with centralized marketing Territory planning assistance Tools to assist prospecting Complete training Paid expenses.
Requirements:
Prior experience building territoriesgenerating prospects and cold callingExperience with residential/outside sales experience with a proven track record3 yrs leading sales experienceAbility to generate 50 % of leads from referrals, print advertising, cold callsClean DMV required – all offers contiguent on Background Checks and Drug Testing Excellent communication, instructiveness, closing and customer service skillsAbility to lift a minimum of 40 lbs Ability to work a flexible schedule (setting appointments nights and weekends)A good work ethic and good attitude
Total Compensation OUTSIDE Sales Reps – Total Year 1 @ plan $50,000 - $80,000 with top reps making more as there is NO CAP on earnings!
POSITION Becomes 100% after 4 months but sold sales Interviews taking place ASAP with local hiring managers.
