POSITION: The Outside Sales Account Executives are responsible for managing their assigned and protected account base of local advertisers, print and online. The Outside position involves making face to face presentations and demonstrating a consultative sale process selling print and online advertising products. Outside Sales position entails business-to-business sales via phone and foot prospecting, setting up appointments and strong organizational skills in a fast pace selling environment.

Total Compensation OUTSIDE Sales Reps – Total Year 1 @ plan $50,000-$60,000 w/ top reps making more as there is NO CAP on earnings!
REQUIREMENTS:• Bachelors degree a plus but not required• OUTSIDE - 1-2 plus years outside sales selling experience• Experience in a quota driven environment• Persistence to achieve goals• Documentation of Sales success (quota, awards, achievements)• Experience with relationship/consultative sales/face pace• Driven and motivated by commissions
