Spearhead Recruiting working on behalf of our Fortune 500 client partners, seek high performance type candidates to interview for the Oklahoma City area.

All of our open positions are for business to business outside sales representives. Industries include advertising, payroll outsourcing, transportation, software, telecommunications, staffing and HR outsourcing.

All positions have base salaries with the potential to drive income to a six figure level with aggressive commission structures.

Responsibilities:

1. Prospecting for and generating new accounts.
2. Meeting publication deadlines.
3. Achieving sales quotas and goals.
4. Winning new business through assertive prospect methods via cold calling by phone or person.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelors Degree Preferred
2. Prior history of winning within competitive environments such as sales or sports.
3. Professional appearance and positive attitude.
4. Ability to work in fast pace environment and meet deadlines.
5. Must be articulate and an effective communicator.
6. Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills.
7. Strong relationship building, building, presentation, prospecting and closing proficiency.
8. Reliable transportation & valid drivers license. Some overnight travel.
9. Prior sales success prospecting, presenting and closing new business.
