Jan Marini Skin Research, Inc. is a leader in the professional skin care market and we invite you to join our team. We are currently seeking seasoned sales professionals to join our OUTSIDE SALES GROUP and become a part of the fastest growing company in the professional skincare market. The territory available is TAMPA, FLORIDA.
DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Executive in Outside Sales, you will be responsible for prospecting, building, and maintaining a protected territory in the United States. You will be responsible for growing existing accounts and prospecting for new business in diverse fields including all physicians' specialties, and a variety of Spas and licensed skincare facilities. From telephone-based sales and prospecting to training and continued support, we will look to you to build relationships and a solid revenue base with your clients. This position will require that you be a driven, self-motivated individual who is also willing to receive guidance and direction as you will be responsible for your own local territory and will serve as the primary link between our corporate office and your client.
REQUIREMENTS
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
•A proven track record in Sales, with past experience in outside sales, prospecting, and strategic account positioning.
•A minimum of 2 years of overall sales experience plus a minimum of 1 year spent specifically in outside sales.
•Experience in the skincare, beauty, medical or health field is a plus, but not required.
•Ability to prospect, cold call (both in person and on the telephone), and present detailed proposals for opening new business.
•Ability to grow existing business and develop positive and strategic working relationships with current accounts.
•Excellent verbal communication skills, including the confidence to train clients regarding technology and product usage.
•Must be highly organized.
•Have the unique combination of being independent and self-motivated, while being open to direction, guidance and proactively staying connected to the corporate office.
•Strong written communication skills are also key, as you will be expected to draft proposals for clients.
•Must live within the metro-area of your territory.
•Must be able to work in the field Monday - Friday, 8 to 5. This job will require some travel outside your territory, including trade shows and medical conferences as required by corporate.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
•A competitive base salary plus a no-cap commission structure.
•Monthly and annual performance bonuses.
•There are numerous sales/performance driven contests and sales incentive programs that range from cash bonuses to gift certificates.
•Full benefit plan includes: medical, dental, vision, group life, 401k, paid holidays, sick and vacation time.
•Monthly expenses reimbursement includes a car allowance and mileage reimbursement as well as normal expenses.
