Average first year compensation of base, commissions and bonuses is $45-55K. Outside sales associates at ADP are called Associate District Managers because they have full accountability for the success of their territories. As an Associate District Manager you will grow your business through relationships with Accountants and Banks, direct prospecting, and client referrals.
