Puget Sound Refrigeration, one of 140+ HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) commercial service contractors within the Linc Network (www.lincservice.com) of franchises, is searching for a qualified outside sales professional for our territory covering the Greater Seattle area. The individual we are seeking must possess a demonstrated record of success in selling services or other intangible offerings within a professional setting.

The primary job specifications include:
•Consistent cold call activity at the decision maker level.
•Executive level presentations via a laptop.
•Building financial and life cycle analyses to quantify value from the customer’s perspective.
•Proposal generation and presentation.

This position will be calling on the top decision makers within a commercial facility to discuss Puget Sound’s ability to save them money on their buildings owning and operating costs. It entails being able to "paint a picture" and becoming a sales consultant to the "needs" of the customer. We are driven to successful business relationships through value selling not price selling !!! We are looking for the same values in our next successful sales representative.
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate must be self disciplined, results driven and accustomed to winning sales awards through consistently high outside sales performance. Leadership character along with the desire, ability and skills to manage the entire sales cycle is essential for success in this highly competitive industry. Your ability to master the skills required for this position can potentially open many new career options across Puget’s various business units. HVAC industry experience is preferred, but NOT a requirement for the right individual with the right attitude to learn a new industry.
