Outside Retail Advertising Sales Representative

The San Jose Mercury News, the newspaper of Silicon Valley, is seeking an Outside Sales professional to join our Local Retail Advertising team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business in the Local Retail category. You will work hand-in-hand with local retail and service business owners to generate advertising and marketing campaigns that fit their business needs.
REQUIREMENTS
2-3 years outside sales experience and excellent presentation and written and verbal communication skills are required. Knowledge of the retail industry, a 4-year college degree in Advertising or Marketing and media sales experience a plus.
