Enter orders in SAP for parts and supplies, open service calls, process refunds, credits, and returns as requested by the customer or engineer.
Experienced customer focused professional to work in a high performing team environment.
Process e-commerce and email order mailboxes.
Establish and maintain files and records in accordance with the needs of the department.
Assist teammates, accomplish goals and/or reach deadlines as required.
Performs other related duties as required. REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
Excellent telephone and communication skills required.
Minimum 3 years in Customer Service/Call Center environment.
SAP experience strongly preferred.
Proficient with Windows environment, MS Office, internet and email. Chemistry background a plus.
