OUTSIDE & INSIDE SALES NEEDED You’ll be using your marketing, sales and advertising background to help our customers design their advertising programs to help them grow their business.
OUTSIDE Compensation: Annual base salary ($32K) that is based on experience level with a lucrative commission program with an Estimated total annual compensation of $75K+ depending on performance. Top Reps $100K. In addition, $550/mo gas, $85/mo mobile allowance.
Direct Mail Magazine Manager: Annual base salary that is based on experience level with a lucrative commission program with an Estimated total annual compensation of $75K+ depending on performace. Top Reps $100K
INSIDE Compensation: Annual base salary ($26K) that is based on experience level with a lucrative commission program with an Estimated total annual compensation of $65K
Assignment Focus: Report to the Sales Manager; prospect and develop new and current client relationships in order to generate revenue for this industry leading organization. This will be achieved through cold calling, consistent follow-up, client meetings(OUTSIDE) via telephon (INSIDE) and providing an overall service superior to the competitors. Selling print and online marketing solutions(OUTSIDE & INSIDE). Selling high end direct mail and magazine (DIRECT MAIL).

Requirements:
OUTSIDE/DIRECT MAIL - At least 2 years successful outside sales experience
INSIDE - 1-2 years successful inside sales experience

Enthusiastic, aggressive, a self-starter, confident, professional, and a creative problem-solver.Effective communicator, highly self motivated, creative, and focused decision maker.
