Store Managers: Managing the profitable operation of a retail store with emphasis on recruiting, hiring, training and developing TEAM DOLLAR store associates in both operations and merchandising
Store Managers-in-Training: A training program that gives you exposure to all the different aspects of being a Dollar Tree Store Manager
Assistant Managers: Support the Store Manager in all facets of operation of the store in preparation to grow within the company to the Store Manager level
Sales Associates: Provide excellent customer service to any and all customers including cashiering and stocking
