Review of new business/contract paperwork, managing relationships internally and externally, e.g. field, sponsors, brokers/agents, TPA’s, prior service providers. Leads conference calls/meetings covering a variety of topics, e.g. conversion timeline, review of service and adoption agreements, asset liquidation and wire transfers. NBC is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate installation of new plans in accordance with plan documents and contracts. Serves as an intermediary between the Home Office conversion team and field/sponsor/prior service provider when conversion questions/issues arise. Once fully trained, opportunity for assignment on special projects/initiatives may be available.What else can we tell you?

REQUIREMENTS
Who is our ideal candidate?
We are looking for a strong team player that enjoys working in a fast paced, challenging environment that can develop relationships with internal and external customers. Our ideal candidate must be accountable for completing new case review and enrollment set-up within regulatory and compliance parameters. Must be able to provide attention to detail and organize effectively. A strong customer service and professional attitude and the ability to set priorities and prioritize tasks is essential to success in this position. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also a necessity. Knowledge of 401(k) and 401(a) is helpful. Must make a commitment to the achievement of department goals, metrics and service level standards. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
