National Sales Manager - Residential Products

This is a leadership role for selling products into the residential market by driving new product adoption of innovative home solutions (lighting, security products, kitchen solutions, flooring, home theater).

The successful candidate will have proven success creating innovative sales strategies and policies within the electrical distributors, lighting showrooms and audio/video dealers. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating new business by leading a team of approximately five sales people focused on creating new vertical markets. To accomplish this you will work closely with your marketing counterpart to design strategies for making these new markets sustainable and profitable.

Candidates must have experience selling through Manufacturer’s Representatives and demonstrate a consistent ability to meet sales quotas. They will also need to have built and led a sales team that consistently met its goals and quotas. Additionally, candidates will need to have created new business and revenue with existing products in excess of ten million dollars. A track record of creating and implementing innovative sales strategies that demonstratively drove revenue and profit growth is a must.
REQUIREMENTS
BS mandatory. CEDIA affiliation preferred.
