* Ability to sell Health Club Memberships.

* Achieve or exceed individual new sales goals.

* Achieve or exceed individual renewal goals.

* Achieve or exceed ancillary service goals.

* Must be knowledgeable of and participate in all club services, programs and products.

* Adhere to and implement Equinox policies and procedures.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to utilize new techniques and ideas.
* Possess honesty and personal integrity.
* Energetic, enthusiastic, personable and friendly.
* Passionate, intelligent and knowledgeable regarding the fitness industry.
* Ambitious and driven with a willingness to work on a commission basis.
* Hardworking and diligent with a willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
* Computer literate.
* Excellent time management, organizational and follow-up skills.
