Marketing Specialist

Vistawall Architectural Products, a division of Butler Manufacturing, is the service and quality leader in the design, manufacturing and distribution of innovative entrances, storefront and low-rise framing systems, skylight systems and high performance engineered curtain wall systems. Vistawall is currently seeking a highly motivated individual for a Marketing Specialist position at our division headquarters in Terrell, TX. The successful marketing specialist will support the sales and marketing departments throughe effective communication and coordination.
REQUIREMENTS
Job Duties include:
ØGather, distribute and order product materials for mailers
ØSet up advertising with in Trade and Architectural Publications
ØType press releases/memos and other correspondence
ØOrder/coordinate items for trade shows, along with taking inventory of trade show items
ØArrange photographers for photo shoots
ØAssist with the National Sales meetings
ØUpdate/maintain mailing lists
ØProvide back up support for phones on executive floor
ØProvide support for sales team
ØBuild and protect brand awareness
ØWork with attorneys to maintain registered trademarks
ØMarket share analysis
ØAssist with the design, development and maintenance of CD/Video projects
ØAssist with the design of quarterly newsletter
ØProduct literature development

Qualifications:
Ø3-5 years experience in marketing
ØBachelor degree in Marketing preferred
ØAbility to perform above listed job duties
ØStrong written communication skills
ØExcellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
ØAbility to adapt to and create necessary change
ØWorking knowledge of Adobe CS2, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and AutoCAD 2000
