Marketing Manager Aerospace or Composites

As the Marketing Manager in either position, your responsibilities will include promoting my client's company in either the aerospace or the composites markets. Identifying specific sales opportunities, steering product development, product-line positioning, pricing strategies through creative and innovative marketing, ensuring customer acquisition and retention, training sales people and supporting sales activities.
REQUIREMENTS
Successful candidates will have a BS or MBA, 10 years prior product management experience, a comprehensive knowledge of their respective industries (either aerospace or composites), be a multi-tasker, and demonstrated track record of success. Candidates must possess a comprehensive knowledge of the industry of responsibility including established contacts. Specific responsibilities include identifying and directing the capture of new business, develop product performance specs, develop and maintain 5 year plan, define and budget for the market segment. Develop sales tools and support program to meet objectives, evaluate pricing, volume and promotions.
