Marketing Director

Eskaton, a growing multi facility health care company for over 35 years has an immediate opening for a Marketing Director in our new managed community in the Bay area;
The Parkview in Pleasanton CAThis facility is currently under development.This position provides initial contact with prospective clients to an Assisted Living and Memory Care community. Assembles marketing materials, follows-up on leads, conducts tours and makes public presentations.
REQUIREMENTS
Two years college study in marketing, health or human services required or equivalent work related experience.Three years experience in retirement housing and public relations preferred.Must have familiarity with data collection systems and possess an understanding of RCFE licensing requirements.Position requires an understanding of levels of care and placement criteria for the elderly.Candidate must have demonstratable customer service skills and marketing abilities.
