Marketing Coordinator

Fast growing restaurant management company looking to hire a Marketing Coordinator for our corporate office in Fairfield, NJ. ADF Companies is a multi-unit restaurant management company operating over 200 Pizza Hut, KFC, Taco Bell and Panera restaurants in 8 states. The Marketing Coordinator position we're seeking to fill will be responsible for providing overall support to the corporate Marketing Department.

The Marketing Coordinator position is a new one at our company. We've grown from operating 20 restaurants in 1998 to over 200 today. Our growth will continue and it's this growth which will create additional demands for Marketing support and the need to hire a Marketing Coordinator. Your job responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:

Organize and create company newsletterOrder monthly POP and create dialogue cardsDistribute monthly marketing calendar and dialogue cards to all restaurants
Track and process invoicesWeekly sales reportingCoordinate the Via Panera gift card programOversee all donation requests and fundraisers
Assist in the tracking and analyzing of print offers
Organize competitive tracking analysisServe as proofreader for all projects
Assist Marketing Director and Marketing Assistant in all day to day duties (ie direct mail drops, printing needs, local store requests, etc.)
REQUIREMENTS
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

BA or BS in Marketing or related field
0-2 years Marketing experience
Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills
Detail oriented with ability to multi-task
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Knowledge of Quark is a plus.
