Marketing Communications Specialist

The Marketing Communication Specialist owns the responsibility of initiating contact into the business environment to generate lead opportunities for our customer base.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential to the success of performing the duties of the job.

Our ideal candidate has telephone sales or customer service experience within a Business-to-Business environment. This MCS will be able to multi-task by utilizing the phone, pc, Internet and email to capture data accurately.

This client is located west of Athens, just off 316, a convenient drive from Barrow & Gwinnett Counties

REQUIREMENTS
Basic Requirements of the MCS position

All applicants must have HS Diploma or GED Certificate.

Strong communication skills-
-Use of proper grammar and diction/tense
-Ability to transition conversations
-Ability to write short paragraphs with detailed information
-Ability to compose e-mails for customers regarding program information

Work experience in an office, call-center, retail establishment or sales environment.

Working knowledge of the technology of today relating to the use of the web to research information and send links to prospective customers; using email in a business environment; understanding the terminology regarding hardware and software for the business world.
