The primary responsibilities of this position are:
Increase Existing Channel Partner Sales Volume to Meet or Exceed Sales Targets
Target and pursue large user opportunities, consistent with corporate objectives and the category focus of our channel partners
Actively pursue opportunities (sales meetings, training sessions, field time, etc.) to train channel partners management and sales personnel and aggressively promote JOHNSONDIVESEY BRANDS within our channel partner’s organizations
Ensure that JOHNSONDIVERSEY BRANDS hold and maintain a prominent position in both the local and regional JanSan-focused marketing efforts of our channel partners
Promote JOHNSONDIVERSEY’S inclusion in our channel partners’ new and existing national account agreements and play an active role in managing the implementation of JOHNSONDIVERSEY products and systems within same
Meet or exceed all new product and program introduction targets with specified channel partners
REQUIREMENTS



Corporate Objectives:
Accomplish all corporate objectives within specified time frames
Comply with regionally-centered initiatives as established by your manager
Report to management YTD progress to goal and communicate needs as they relate to goal attainment
Industry Knowledge:
Continually develop and improve industry knowledge in all applicable JOHNSONDIVERSEY product categories
Maintain a strong working knowledge of complimentary JanSan product lines that insure maximum performance of JOHNSONDIVERSEY products
Invest in understanding and comprehending competitive offerings, marketing techniques and pricing strategies
We are seeking candidates who posses the following:
Education level: Prefer a Bachelor's degree with a High School or equivalent required
Experience/Competencies: Minimum of 2 years related sales experience
Experience selling through distributors a plus
Successful sales track record
Strong business acumen/financial skills
