Job Description:

Recruit and coach/train all levels of Financial Planners to add to solid nucleus of current group;
Develop team's production through coaching, mentoring and training;
Help take Agency to new heights.
REQUIREMENTS
5+ years experience in Insurance and Financial Services;
Successful background in estate, business succession, and financial planning is a plus;
4-5 years Management experience;
Oregon/Washington Life & D.I., plus Series 7, 24, 66;
CFP, ChFC or CLU (all plusses);
Bachelor's degree.
