Manager - Talent Acquisition
The Manager of Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading the recruitment function for G&K Services across North America. This entails leading recruitment strategy, process, and procedures across diverse markets and business units. The incumbent in this role is accountable for developing, maintaining, and enhancing G&K?s recruitment team, processes, and technologies in order to ensure that G&K has the talent required to meet G&K?s business objectives. In addition to talent acquisition, the position is accountable for developing, maintaining, and enhancing G&K?s on-boarding process for both field and corporate-based employees in order to enhance retention.Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree
7+ years of proven success in recruiting top talent to an organization
3+ years of applicant tracking systems/databases optimization experience
3+ years of demonstrated experience leading high performance work teams
Strong leadership skills.
The ability to lead high performers both locally and remotely.
A combination of well developed communication and training skills, analytical skills, problem solving skills, and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify the best talent available in the marketplace.
Additional computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Lotus Notes (or other calendar software).
Organizational/Planning skills- ability to manage shifting priorities, multiple tasks, and busy calendar.
