The PricewaterhouseCoopers Dallas Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) practice is searching for a Tax Manager who will be dedicated to providing tax consulting for acquisitions and other transaction related services to financial and strategic buyers (public and private acquisitions of US and foreign companies, stock offerings, spin-offs, leveraged buy-outs and joint venture arrangements). The services typically provided include technical tax consulting services, transaction structuring for tax issues, due diligence, analyzing potential tax savings/reductions, negotiation support assistance and general advisory including acquisitions strategy formulation and financial modeling and other related project management/analysis.
REQUIREMENTS
Education Requirement:
Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred; CPA required.Essential Requirements:
6-10 years experience in a similar professional services firm environment ideal. Strong computer/research skills and excellent writing and analytical skills are required.
