Manager, Existing Customer Campaign Planning

To add to our team of talented people, we are currently seeking a Manager, Existing Customer Campaign Planning within our Marketing Department.



The responsibilities of this role include:



Devise strategy and creative execution with marketing clients, internal creative teams, media team, and agency to design and deliver integrated and effective advertising campaigns targeted to existing customers consisting of a variety of media such as TV, print, bill inserts, etc. Ensure that existing customer upsell campaigns are integrated with the overall theme and direction of the general acquisition campaigns each quarter, as appropriate.



Specifically, duties include (but are not limited to):


Set advertising objectives and monitor results closely through metrics reporting. Continually optimize advertising activities, messaging, creative, and spending to ensure that we are spending as efficiently as possible, and maximizing our results and contribution to the business.

Primary liaison with external advertising agencies and production houses and internal video production team for mass media creative deliverables. Set objectives, monitor results, ensure proper communication between agency and company, manage statement of work, production budgets, timelines, etc.

Set and manage production budget. Evaluate estimates and identify ways to cut production costs when necessary and possible. Leverage agency, local vendors, and internal resources in most efficient manner to meet the specific needs of each project.

Ensure all aspects of advertising including messaging, layout, photography and copy are within brand voice and support overall communications objectives for brand and customer satisfaction targets.

job Requirements


Minimum qualifications to be considered are:


Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.

Six+ years of marketing communications experience in advertising strategy and execution. Must have experience effectively managing large agencies of record and other graphics and production vendors. Must have proven record and discipline in delivering and measuring results of mass media and other marketing communications initiatives, continually adjusting to ensure strong contribution for overall business results.

Ability to manage multiple projects at once, often with quick turn arounds. Proven discipline and experience in longer-term strategic campaign planning. Must have ability to manage multiple internal clients across multiple types of channels. Must be knowledgable about variety of media and other merchandizing opportunities. Must have ability to work well with others and form strong working relationships both internally and externally. Must have experience translating complicated products into consumer-oriented benefits and communications. Must have experience in effectively managing large production and media budgets and successful record of bringing in projects under budget and on time.

Experience in competitive, service-oriented business required. Experience in paid television or other technical industry is a plus.

The individual should have a proven ability to work effectively in teams and independently; strong organizational and project management abilities; and critical thinking and innovative problem solving skills. In addition, the individual should be a self-motivated self-starter who is able to take projects from concept to fruition. The candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, will be detail oriented, and will be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
