Job Description:
Position has management responsibility for the business planning, budgeting and expense analysis for the AIG SunAmerica Retirement Markets (AIG SARM) Marketing Departments.

In this leadership role yourresponsibilities will include the preparation of the Marketing Department portion of the annual SARM business plans, expense budgets and quarterly expense updates to Corporate Planning & Analysis.

Other special projects might include analysis of marketing programs and fulfillment process.

Key Responsibilities

Manage 1-2 analysts as needed

Provide forecasting, budget and analysis support to Marketing SVPs and VPs, including variance and manpower reports

Work with Corporate Planning and Accounting on business planning and budgeting

Oversee various customized reporting on effectiveness of marketing programs

Key player managing yearly budget and business planning process, and quarterly updates to plan for Marketing Department

Various projects and analyses of marketing material design, print and delivery costs

Ensure accurate and timely payment of bills

Other projects as assigned
