CENTER MANAGERS and SALES COUNSELORS

CENTER MANAGERS

The focus of the CENTER MANAGER is to actively generate center revenue while managing staff and servicing clientele.

The CENTER MANAGER is responsible for ensuring each client receives excellent customer service in addition to training and coaching the sales staff.

The CENTER MANAGER is directly responsible for meeting with prospective clients, converting leads into sales and providing each client with high quality service while supporting them in accomplishing their weight loss goals.

Successful CENTER MANAGERS will have excellent communication, interpersonal and motivational skills.

Must have excellent selling skills, a proven sales record, team building and the ability to teach others what makes you successful!

SALES COUNSELORS

A SALES COUNSELOR is the key to our clients' success in accomplishing their weight loss goals. The focus of the SALES COUNSELOR is to meet personal sales goals by assisting our clients with losing weight through one-on-one counseling and the sale of our proven products.
REQUIREMENTS


Successful candidates possess the following characteristics:

• Persuasive and Sales Oriented • Energetic & Enthusiastic • Outgoing & Confident • Motivating • Previous Sales experience in goal driven environment • Desire to help clients LOSE WEIGHT

We prefer candidates who have previous sales experience or work experience in the following industries:

• Dating Service • Beauty/Image • Cosmetics • Health/Fitness • Retail/Sales • Hotel/Restaurant Service • Previous weight loss experience a plus!
