MANAGER, TALENT ACQUISITION (SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA)*

Consider CHW - with over 40+ hospitals in CA, AZ, & NV! Your contributions will have a direct impact on facilities in Southern California and Arizona.
The Manager, Talent Acquisition for Southern California works in close collaboration with nursing and allied leadership, hiring managers and HR teams to build recruitment, selection and retention strategies for the assigned facilities. The Manager will work with the facility to ensure effective and legally sound programs, systems, processes, metrics and reports to support facility recruiting strategies. Position will be centrally located in Southern California to support and build/maintain relationships with local facilities with some travel to Arizona and other locations as appropriate.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelors Degree in HR, Business or a related field. Minimum of 7 years experience in talent acquisition, with 3 of those years in a large, multi-division, complex, progressive organization. Must have experience implementing a wide variety of innovative talent acquisition programs and internet and non-internet based sourcing strategies. The successful candidate will possess strong strategic skills, a thorough knowledge and understanding of all aspects of recruitment, and the ability to create and maintain recruitment budgets. Some overnight travel is required.
