Logistician / Information Processor

Project Logistician:

The Project Logistician works closely with sales, project management team, production, mailroom, and accounting within the facility to gather information and document for project control purposes. The Project Logistician must have the ability to understand the client's needs, manufacturing process and guidelines, machine or kitting capabilities, construction, forms design, scheduling and inventory controls. Detail to record keeping and documentation are critical to insure profitability is maintained.

This position will coordinate:
" project schedules
" inventory levels
" postage levels
" invoicing
" maintain financial details of a project.
REQUIREMENTS
Skill-set required:

" Written and verbal communication skills must be above average due to client and vendor contacts, as well as coordination of facility processes.
" Problem solving/analysis and organizational skills are required to maintain multiple projects for the project management team.
" Proficiency in the use of PC software package is a must, i.e. Excel, Notes, MS Word
" Knowledgeable and efficient in purchasing/accounting, inventory, pricing, and costing processes.
" Ability to understand the postal guidelines, production capabilities, construction, and forms design.
" Accuracy, organization skills and attention to detail, as well as handling multiple priorities are essential.
" Creativeness and ingenuity combined with the ability to anticipate possible challenges is very helpful.
