Lead Technology Support Analyst (Medicare/Medicaid apps)

Enjoy variety, an environment of support and a wide range of professional advancement opportunities when you join our Phoenix team. Responsibilities of the Lead Technology Support Analyst include:


Maintaining and managing applications focused on Medicaid/Medicare (AmeriChoice/Ovations/GPT applications)
Providing ongoing production support and monitoring of applications
Facilitating incident management, emergency maintenance, corrective maintenance, capacity management and tuning
Supporting government programs in relation to applications and vendor management
Supporting checkout for hardware and system software

Job Requirements:

Candidates must have experience with Medicare and/or Medicaid applications, as well as experience providing maintenance and management of multiple applications. Knowledge of UHT network is highly preferred. Experience working directly with business clients and customers is also preferred, as is a degree in computer science.
