Across our lines of business, our philosophy is the same: Partnering works for all of us.Line of Business: OPERATIONSJob DescriptionAs an Operations Lead Specialist you will be responsible regarding all the job functions performed with in the unit including, but not limited to the settlement of trade instructions in a timely and accurate fashion, relaying pertinent trade information to account representatives regarding problem trades, reconciling house accounts, International Settlement processing, International Status updates, P&S processing, and DTC processing while assuming supervisory duties when necessary.Responsibilities.-Settling transfer requests
Settling Depository transactions
Notifying account managers regarding trade discrepancies
Monitoring/Reconciling Fail Control reports
Settling and break resolution of International Trades
Monitoring/Updating Status messages
Perform other related duties as requested/requiredRequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent
Ability to multi-task and excel in a team environment
Ability to exhibit leadership qualities
Strong organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
