Land Development Project Manager, PE

Purpose: Full Service A&E firm is seeking a Land Development Project Manager for their Arizona office.

Phoenix Land Development Group is searching for a Project Manager to join their team as soon as possible. In this position you will be responsible for water resources efforts in support of the Phoenix Land Development operations, supporting Project Managers within the unit and managing at the task level the budgets for water/wastewater planning and drainage studies. The Project Manager will also support the Unit Manager in the expansion of water resources business.

To be successful in the role of Land Development Project Manager, your qualifications will include a BS Degree in Civil Engineering, a Professional Engineering Registration in Arizona and 5 years experience in drainage on single-family, multifamily and commercial/industrial land development projects. Candidate must be a proven leader and be able to mentor junior level staff. Applicants must be able to demonstrate good communication skills, both written and verbal.
